Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Scent Bar by Angela is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional fees required by their country

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
