Refund policy

At Scent Bar by Angela, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Store Credit (Case-by-Case Basis)

In rare cases, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and will only be considered if approved by our team.

Please include your order number and details of your request. Approval is not guaranteed.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all items are considered final sale, including:

  • Fragrances and personal care items
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.


European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. However, due to the nature of our products (personal care/fragrance), items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify. Any approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only, not refunds.
